Urban lofts above the storefronts in Kierland Commons is one of the private residences in this project. It is done with simple, user friendly finishes and furnishings, individualized by art and accents important to the owner. All furnishings were chosen to maximize the sense of space with their minimal volume or transparent finish. The large floor to ceiling windows are highlighted by custom fabricated sheers.

The model unit done in 1983 is part of the Deer Valley master planned community. This 5,000 square foot ski lodge was furnished, by the developers request, in traditional designer finishes and furnishings to reflect the upscale location and clientele.
