This project was a contemporary remodel of a 1600 square foot residence in Kierland for a single executive. The living/dining/kitchen area was opened up and refurbished with new kitchen, flooring and wall finishes to reflect the current owner’s taste for spacious living spaces and rugged contemporary finishes. A wall of corten steel tiles emphasizes the fireplace and make it a prominent feature in the space. The same textural approach was used in the bathroom renovations as well.
